Our Fees are simple & Transparent.

Each New Production Application AED2000 + 5% VAT

Amendment to an existing Production Application @ AED500 + 5% VAT

Total Location Fees Levied Accrue a 12.5% Agency Commission (Subject to a minimum charge of AED500 + 5% VAT - no charge applied if locations are not approved).

Apart from the basic information on your shoot you need to have the following info / documents ready to upload to complete application process.

Local Crew: (those with U.A.E. Residency need to upload 1. E.I.D. (Emirates ID Card - both sides). 2. Passport Including VISA page.

Visting Crew: need to upload only Passport (note you need 6 months validity on your passport on the day of your departure eg. If your shoot lasts 14 days then you will need 6 months + 14 days validity as a minimum to guarantee your entry to the UAE).

We cannot predict your location Fees as they vary considerably on your production details and who owns the property used for your location.

However on many occasions the good news is - particularly on Government properties; fees are waived. Your fees are more likely to be higher on prestigious properties that you are using on a commercial project.

Whilst the majority of applications are approved (some requiring additional clarification to get there) we cannot guarantee approval. We will ensure that we make the correct representations to maximise success but ultimately the decision is with the Film Commission.

Whilst there are no refunds on application fees; you will not be asked for any location fees until they are actually approved.

On average three working days. This is based on the assumption that all your information requested is correctly supplied.

Yes - but you can appoint one of your team as location manager and they will hold the permit / permits. We can also provide a location manager by quotation.

Once you have filled in all application fields and uploaded your documents you will need to pay the application Fee before we can action your application. If you have not paid already you can do so here.
